  • Order by Wednesday

    Orders open every Saturday and close Wednesday at 8:00 PM — or earlier if we sell out. Each flavor is limited to 30 rolls per week.

  • Pick your Friday & time

    Choose an available Friday and a pickup time after 2:00 PM at checkout. Time slots keep the line short.

  • Pick up fresh

    We bake Friday morning. Your full pickup address arrives by email and text right after you pay.

Orders open every Saturday for the following Friday’s pickup. We announce it on Instagram and TikTok, and email subscribers get a heads-up first.
Orders close Wednesday at 8:00 PM, or earlier if we sell out. Each flavor is capped at 30 rolls per week, so popular flavors often close before the deadline.
No. Everything is baked to order and the ordering window closes Wednesday at 8:00 PM for that Friday. We’re not able to add orders after that point, since the dough is already fermenting and ingredients are already portioned.
