Pickup Policy

Julie Dough currently offers local pickup every Friday between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

Customers must select an available Friday pickup date when placing their order. Your exact pickup address and any additional instructions will be provided after your order has been confirmed.

Please arrive during the scheduled pickup window. Because all cinnamon rolls are made fresh specifically for each order, we cannot guarantee that orders will remain available after 9:00 PM on the selected pickup date.

Orders that are not picked up during the scheduled pickup window may be considered abandoned and will not qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you are experiencing an unexpected delay. Accommodations are not guaranteed and will depend on availability.

All deposits and payments are final and non-refundable.
